My iPhone doesn’t give me the Push option for the mailbox I want to change. There’s only Fetch and Manual 🙁

In reply to Jessica. It's depending on what kind of rules you need to set up. Some of the rules are client-based and some ones are not. Maybe you have 2 actions set up in rule and one of the actions is client-based. If that's the case, you can separate them into 2 rules. Hope it helps.

Hi, I tried this but even if I don’t tick the subfolder, I’m still notified on my iphone about those emails.
I have a rule in outlook to have some emails directed directly into a specific folder. but on my iphone, it notifies me every time this email comes in, even if I didn’t ask this folder to push.

any idea? 🙂
