After the deadline is a neat web app that helps you write better by checking your spellings, detecting misused words, checking styles and grammars using its own artificial intelligence and natural language processing technology. It has helped me quite a lot.

Now they released a Firefox add-on that makes life a lot easier to those who use Firefox. Check the demo video below to get an idea how it works.

Basically, this little addon hides itself in the background on Firefox until you are ready to use it. You will see a little ABC with check sign on the bottom right corner in any textbox on the website, e.g. a message board, a web form, a comment box. Just hit F7 before sending your message out. And the addon will start checking for spellings and grammatical errors and underlines them in hard-to-miss bold colors.

You can also select quite a few options for your preferences, including changing the keyboard shortcut to activate proofreading.

It’s a nice tool that you should be considering to add to your Firefox if you don’t want make yourself look bad on the Internet.
